slip, along with your registered mobile number.
Before You Call
Most queries are answered on this portal without waiting for the helpline:
- Application status or fee not showing as paid — check on the Application Status / Pay Fee page. Payments are reconciled within 24 working hours.
- Lost registration number — search by your registered mobile number on the status page.
- Eligibility for a post — see Clause 3 of the detailed recruitment notice.
- Last date, exam date, admit card — see the Important Dates table on the home page. Announcements are also emailed.
- Duplicate application — only one application per mobile number is accepted. There is no way to submit a second one.
